What I should be doing to prepare?
Please let us know where you’ll be staying so we can shuttle services accordingly-preferably by mid-March. We do not have any room blocks but visit “Travel & Stay” to see recommendations from the venue, but anywhere in Bram or Montréal area will work for shuttles.
Verify passport is valid through November of 2026- France requires validity 6 months from your planned visit!
If you need to contact us with questions or updates, reach out to Beka at 706-840-2044 or Bailey at 404-735-0634.
What is the dress code?
For Wedding Day, the dress code is “Formal with a Flair”.
For women, long dresses or statement separates. Vibrant colors! Feathers! Beads! Prints! Sparkles! Drama! No such thing as “too much”— please no white or black.
Most events will be taking place in the garden area of the venue. This area primarily has manicured grass and pebbles—please keep this in mind when choosing shoes as well.
For men, please wear a tuxedo or black suit—feel free to incorporate color, accessories and non-traditional details.
For the Welcome Dinner, the dress code is “Dressy Casual” in whites, creams, nudes, or light tans—white party meets French countryside. For men, think linen pants and button up and/or jacket. For women, think dresses, flowy skirts or pants.

What is “Saturday Soirée”?
Of all of the weddings we have travelled to, our biggest wish has been to be able to spend more time with the couple we came to celebrate. Since we are asking everyone to travel so far for us, we wanted to host a relaxing day on property to spend time with our guests while still allowing a relaxing Sunday to travel home—or to your next destination!
Massages and doing archery can be available on-site a la carte—if you’re interested in these, please let us know in your RSVP or directly so we can reserve it for you. We haven’t been told the massage pricing yet, but all vendors in area have been reasonably priced so I would expect it to be the same.
Outside of those activities, no heads up is required. Other available past times include yard games, sauna and hot tub, hanging out by the pool, karaoke and anything you can find in the game room.
Guests are welcome to join any time after 11:00am via shuttle or independent transportation. Generally, the schedule will consist of a lunch buffet, some outside entertainment, time by the pool area with our friend, Nina, playing a DJ set and ending the night with some pizza.

How will I know where to meet the shuttle?
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we will send out an email with your pickup location based off where you’re staying.
If you are coordinating transportation on your own, please let us know.
What meals will be provided?
We will be hosting all guests for dinner Thursday and cocktail hour and dinner on Friday. There will be food and drinks provided all day Saturday as well.
We will provide a list of recommended restaurants and cafes in the Montréal and Bram areas to choose from while off property.
During the weekend, who should I contact with questions?
As a point of contact over the weekend—questions about transportation, when you have to be where, or you need help because you got lost—please contact our friend, Michael Buckley. We may not be by our phones and he is staying onsite so can easily access either of us if needed. Plus he speaks French! Please save his number in case you need it.
