Schedule & Transportation
How will I know where to meet the shuttle?
Carcassonne guests will be sent a pickup location to meet the shuttle that is sent to your email, along with the pickup time. All other guests will be picked up from your accommodations.
Are there rideshare services in the area?
Technically, yes- but they are not super reliable and can be expensive. We have arranged discounted rates for taxi services. The taxis are aware of the event schedule and will be readily available then, but we recommend pre-booking (24-48 hours ahead) for airport transfers. Our taxi services take cash or check and should be contacted via WhatsApp- easiest due to language barrier.

What meals will be provided?
We will be hosting all guests for dinner Thursday and cocktail hour and dinner on Friday. There will be food and drinks provided all day Saturday as well.
FAQs
During the weekend, who should I contact with questions?
As a point of contact over the weekend—questions about transportation, when you have to be where, or you need help because you got lost—please contact our friend, Michael Buckley. We may not be by our phones and he is staying onsite so can easily access either of us if needed. Plus he speaks French! Please save his number in case you need it.

Anything else I should pack?
Remember to pack a bathing suit if you plan on using the pool area on Saturday- there is also a hot tub and sauna.
Spring the weather can be unpredictable, but we expect the temperatures to be low 70s, dropping a bit cooler at night.
What is the dress code?
For Wedding Day, the dress code is “Formal with a Flair”.
For women, long dresses or statement separates. Vibrant colors! Feathers! Beads! Prints! Sparkles! Drama! No such thing as “too much”— please no white or black.
Most events will be taking place in the garden area of the venue. This area primarily has manicured grass and pebbles—please keep this in mind when choosing shoes as well.
For men, please wear a tuxedo or black suit—feel free to incorporate color, accessories and non-traditional details.
For the Welcome Dinner, the dress code is “Dressy Casual” in whites, creams, nudes, or light tans—white party meets French countryside. For men, think linen pants and button up and/or jacket. For women, think dresses, flowy skirts or pants.

What is “Saturday Soirée”?
Of all of the weddings we have travelled to, our biggest wish has been to be able to spend more time with the couple we came to celebrate. Since we are asking everyone to travel so far for us, we wanted to host a relaxing day on property to spend time with our guests while still allowing a relaxing Sunday to travel home—or to your next destination!
Guests are welcome to join any time after 11:00am. Generally, the schedule will consist of a lunch buffet, some outside entertainment, time by the pool area with our friend, Nina, playing a DJ set and ending the night with some pizza. Available activities include yard games, sauna and hot tub, hanging out by the pool, karaoke and anything you can find in the game room.
